Getting an appointment is almost impossible. Unless you are on the app at 8am by 8.10am there are none available.

Suggested improvements
I did have a concern about my Covid/Flu jab yesterday. In the room was a nurse doing the injections. - on the computer was a young person, approx 14 years of age. I thought anyone doing this work should’ve be 18 years or over. Plus the nurse didn’t say which serum we were having - Phizer or Moderna.

When trying to get a appointment in the morning on the phone they have gone in 7 minutes and you have to hang up or keep on the phone only to be told the appointments are gone. Try again tomorrow.

Normally it is very difficult to get an appointment to see my particular GP. However, this appointment was for flu and covid jabs, I was called by the surgery when it was my turn, agreed a date and time, very easy. Thank you.

Suggested improvements
I was very happy with how everything was done, no waiting, no queueing, very quick. Excellent, well planned and well executed. Today (the morning after) I feel fine. No side effects, no aching arm etc. Thank you.

I went yesterday (Saturday 1st October) for my Flu Jab & Covid Jab. I was SO impressed at how very well organised it was and that they had enlisted volunteers to help, which made a huge difference. When I arrived, the queue was out the door, but it moved constantly and I was back in my car within 9 minutes of arriving. Well done Billingshurst Surgery - great going. I gave 1 star when asked if I was involved in decision making because it was for vaccination - I wasn’t given a choice regarding the manufacturer and wan’t necessary.

Suggested improvements
Perhaps telling the patient which Covid Vaccine was administered? I’m not sure if I need to know, but on previous occasions, it was told & noted in a card.
